Fossil Wood Oak
Extracted from underwater forests buried in clay, Fossil Wood Oak is a natural wood with a unique colour and texture mimicking stone. Perfect for use in sustainable Architectural, Interior and Furniture projects, Fossil Oak exceeds FSC certification. With no trees felled by it’s production, Fossil Oak is greener than green.
Fossil Oak comes in 6 colours seperated by age; two younger Browns (B1, B2), 3 older Greys (G1, G2, G3) and one ancient Antracite Black.
Fossil Oak is between 1500-5000 years old and Carbon 14 dating certificates are available on request.
