Burned Wood Douglas features a deep-black charred layer, created through a controlled burning process that gives each plank a unique look. Over time, the surface develops a natural patina, enhancing its character. For areas with frequent touch or harsh outdoor conditions, a fixative finish can be applied to protect the surface.
Made from 100% FSC-certified Dutch wood, Burned Wood Douglas brushed reveals the wood grain and relief beneath the charred layer. Finished with Burned Wood Stain Natural, this treatment protects against UV radiation, fungi, and weathering, making the wood water-repellent and longer-lasting. While it lightens naturally over time, regular maintenance keeps its beauty intact for both interior and exterior use.
